Include your order or product details
For an existing order, include the order number and use the email address associated with your account. For a product question, include the product name and lot number if relevant. A brief description helps us understand your request. The form does not accept attachments; we can provide instructions if additional information is needed.
Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, payment-card or bank details, identity documents, confidential research details, or medical information.
Orders and delivery
Sign in to your account to view order status and shipment tracking when available. Contact us promptly about an incorrect item, a delivery issue, or a cancellation or refund request. We will review your request against the order record and applicable policies. A message does not by itself cancel an order or authorize a return; please wait for confirmation or return instructions.
