Eligible purchasers
Purchasers must be age 18 or older, reside in the United States, have legal capacity to contract, and lawfully acquire and handle the requested materials. We accept registrations from independent researchers and authorized representatives of universities, educational institutions, commercial laboratories, biotechnology companies, government research organizations, nonprofit research organizations, and other legitimate research organizations.
Select the affiliation that accurately describes your work. Organization representatives must identify the organization and their role and confirm authority to act for it. A title or affiliation alone does not establish qualification. Individual research is permitted when the actual research setting, knowledge, and controls are appropriate.
Registration and purchasing eligibility
Complete the required research registration, verify your email, and sign the current agreements before checkout. Provide accurate contact information, identify your research affiliation and intended laboratory work, and confirm the required research-use statements with your initials. A verified, active account with completed registration and current agreements can purchase without a separate approval step. Existing account restrictions remain effective, and we may request clarification when a material eligibility, security, safety, or legal concern arises. Select a permitted U.S. delivery address at checkout.
Once eligible, you may purchase and pay at checkout without submitting each order for approval. Automatic account, destination, inventory, price, and payment checks still apply. Repeat purchases do not require a new registration while material information and eligibility remain current.
Permitted research
All purchases must be for lawful in-vitro laboratory research and not human or animal administration, clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, consumer, or personal use. You or the represented research organization must have appropriate knowledge, facilities, procedures, protective equipment, storage, handling, disposal controls, and any required permits or institutional approvals.
Do not provide medical information or unnecessary confidential research details to establish eligibility. A professional license is not required merely because someone is a researcher; any license or approval actually required for the specific work remains your responsibility. Account eligibility does not constitute regulatory or institutional approval of your research.
Authority, addresses, and transfers
Use your own named account. Authorized personnel may obtain materials for the research activity of the organization identified in the account. Use by that organization’s authorized personnel within that permitted activity is not an unauthorized resale or proxy purchase. Account credentials must not be shared.
Undisclosed purchasing for unrelated people or organizations, resale, brokering, diversion to another buyer, and prohibited personal use are not permitted. Delivery must be to a permitted U.S. address. Freight forwarders, reshippers, false addresses, and concealment of the final destination are prohibited.
Keeping information current
Changes to your identity, represented organization or authority, intended laboratory use, or default research address may require requalification. A routine phone-number update or unchanged profile save does not require a new registration. A material policy update may require renewed agreement without a new qualification review when the underlying qualification remains current.
Do not create accounts, invent affiliation information, or use another person’s credentials to avoid a restriction. We may pause access to investigate a material concern and refuse future transactions for substantiated serious or repeated violations.
